Excerpts from Therapy Dog’s Session Notes:
Feels trapped in a world of malice and deception and is fearful of “bait and switch” situations but otherwise fairly cheerful and optimistic about chances for survival; is aware of cheese addiction yet a reluctance to smile reveals a deep-seated ambivalence toward cheese. Does not understand the need for wine or crackers. Eager to probe an irrational fear of large, screaming women. Has trouble keeping his nose out of others’ business, is comfortable with a modest standard of living; sleeps best under a full moon. Suffers from predator / prey complex.
Note for future sessions: A desire to learn to bark initially brought patient to the office. Primal bark therapy may well have therapeutic affect.
